When Rachel Renee Smith worked as an intern for the Oprah Winfrey show in 2006, she never had any idea that the following year she would be guesting on it as the reigning Miss USA 2007. A journalism graduate, this 21-year-old 5'11" beauty from Tennessee will now be living in a Trump apartment to be able to do her charitable work as Miss USA.
