Thirteen bubbly teeners vied for the title Miss Teen Phils.-Neg. Or. held last Friday at the Silliman University Luce Auditorium and hosted by my son, Mark Xander Fabillar. The winner is a pretty combination of Filipino-Japanese parentage. To represent the province to the big pageant in Manila come May 10 is high schooler Eri kajikawa.
